The client is seeking a Managing Director for their SafeHR and SafeWorkforce business units, based in either the Cardiff or Bath office with a hybrid working arrangement. The client, a new global organization formed by the merger of two leading companies in risk management, compliance, health and safety, and sustainability, is backed by private equity house Apax Partners. With operations in over 100 countries, the client is focused on organic and acquisitive growth to become the largest Supply Chain Risk Management provider worldwide.
SafeHR and SafeWorkforce, previously separate businesses, are now part of a standalone business unit within the client's UK operations. These businesses cater to small contractors, offering HR and Health and Safety services to businesses with 2 to 50 employees through a combination of subject-matter experts and digital tools. The combined business unit is expected to have a significant turnover and is poised for further growth in the coming years. The client is looking for a Managing Director to lead this business unit and drive its expansion and success in the market.
