The Managing Director will oversee multi-site operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and lead a multidisciplinary team to foster a culture of high performance and accountability. Responsibilities include defining and implementing strategies for revenue growth, cost optimization, and customer experience enhancement. The role also involves establishing key performance indicators to track performance, identifying market trends and growth opportunities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to enhance market positioning and customer acquisition, as well as overseeing financial planning and reporting to shareholders, is expected.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within related industries such as tourism or hospitality, and possess a strong understanding of business management including operations, finance, legal, sales, and marketing.
