The Managing Director, Scotland position at our client is a senior leadership role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. The main responsibilities include translating the UK-wide strategy into a national plan, expanding services, developing commercial opportunities, and strengthening the organization's presence in Scotland. The role also involves full P&L accountability, ensuring high standards of care and quality, building partnerships with stakeholders, and representing our client in the media and public arena.In addition to operational and commercial delivery, the Managing Director will lead and develop a team of around 140 colleagues, instill a culture of performance and collaboration, and work cross-functionally with national fundraising, policy, marketing, and communications teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in strategic planning and partnership building, and a track record of driving organizational growth and success.
