Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive program strategy centered on Jewish service programs, ensuring Jewish educational pedagogy is consistently infused across offerings, and aligning local program strategy with the organization’s mission and values. The Managing Director will assess program effectiveness, gather feedback, and make data-driven adjustments to improve impact, outreach, and participation, while also creating a plan for geographic expansion across New York City by identifying new neighborhoods, communities, and partners.
