The Managing Director, Human Resources and Organisational Development (MDHROD) plays a crucial role in shaping and executing our client's people strategy. As the senior-most HR executive, they oversee all aspects of people strategy and ensure that HROD policies align with our client's strategic objectives and business goals. The MDHROD also handles sensitive employee relations matters with discretion and fairness, upholding our client's values and fostering trust across all levels of leadership and staff.Reporting to the Vice-President, CTO, the MDHROD is responsible for developing and implementing the HROD strategy across our client. They work closely with ExCom, BAAC, and the Board to elaborate on the People Strategy, secure reward budgets, and make senior hiring decisions. The MDHROD must demonstrate exceptional judgement and integrity, navigating complex organizational challenges while maintaining our client's behaviors and values.
