The Manager of Conference Operations is responsible for overseeing the operational functions of our client, including property and facilities management, information technology systems, information governance, telecommunications, and legal/property documentation. They ensure that Conference facilities, systems, and operational processes are effective, secure, and aligned with the mission of the Church. The Manager collaborates with Conference leadership, staff, and external partners to support the daily and long-term operational needs of the Conference.This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders. The Manager must have a thorough understanding of property and facilities management, information technology systems, and legal/property documentation. They must also be able to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. The Manager of Conference Operations plays a critical role in ensuring that the Conference operates smoothly and efficiently to support the mission of the Church.
