The client is seeking a Manager of the Executive Office to help advance operational efficiency across the Executive Office and work closely with executive leadership. In this role, you will drive the effectiveness of day-to-day operations by overseeing administrative functions with hands-on execution, ensuring strong coordination across Executive Office priorities, and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships. You will also serve as a central coordinator, aligning communication and execution across internal teams and cross-functional initiatives.
You will build and maintain strategic relationships while improving systems, processes, and workflows that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects; developing, optimizing, and managing operational processes; and providing proactive support to executive leadership in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized and solutions-oriented, able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, manage complex priorities, anticipate needs, and drive projects forward with strong planning and time management.
Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day Executive Office functions; owning and managing executive calendar scheduling as a primary point of contact for requests; managing executive logistics and supporting expense-related processes to ensure accuracy and smooth execution; and partnering with leadership to implement systems that track priorities, deliverables, and next steps. You will anticipate leadership needs to ensure timely, high-quality execution, support executive engagement planning (including meetings and engagements) with strong preparation and follow-through, and help prepare and support communications and materials on the executive’s behalf, potentially including coordinating key projects.
