The Manager Information Services is a key leadership role within our client, responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and delivery of information technology, digital, and data services. This position reports to the Director Corporate Performance and plays a crucial role in providing strategic direction for enterprise technology, digital transformation, and organizational change. The Manager Information Services leads the development and implementation of our client's Digital Transformation Strategy, ensuring that technology aligns with organizational objectives, enhances service delivery, and improves both customer and employee experience.In addition to overseeing the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, the Manager Information Services is also responsible for managing enterprise architecture and ensuring that systems are equipped to meet current and future needs. This role requires a strong focus on ensuring that technology enables our client to achieve its goals and objectives effectively. The Manager Information Services works closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive innovation and ensure that technology is leveraged to enhance overall organizational performance and efficiency.
