The Manager of Facilities reports to the Director and is responsible for overseeing complex capital projects from start to finish. This includes planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. They lead multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical, financial, safety, and regulatory standards. Additionally, the Manager is tasked with long-range capital planning, building assessments, and developing project management practices that promote sustainable design, energy efficiency, and innovative technologies.In this role, the Manager plays a key role in advancing the client's facilities management practices by implementing consistent project management strategies and overseeing the development of new projects. They are responsible for ensuring that all projects meet the client's standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. The Manager also collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects align with the client's goals and objectives.
