The Manager, Human Resources will report to the Director, Human Resources and will be responsible for overseeing strategic, effective, and legal human resources practices and policies within our client. The Manager will oversee operations, recruitment, employee engagement, training, policy development, performance management, and data analytics to support the organization's mission.The Manager will provide leadership and supervision to a team of HR Coordinators and will play a key role in fostering positive employee engagement and retention.
