The Manager, Employee Relations will be tasked with handling labour and employee relations issues within our client, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with the RDNs People Plan. This role involves managing case files and programs to support strategic objectives, while also promoting a respectful work environment, diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement. The Manager will collaborate with HR department staff, organizational leaders, employees, and union representatives to address and resolve any issues that may arise.Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Manager will play a key role in fostering a culture of belonging and enhancing the overall workplace experience for employees within our client. By promoting productivity and engagement, the Manager will contribute to the success of the organization and help create a positive and inclusive work environment. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage conflicts and facilitate positive relationships between all parties involved in labour and employee relations.
