Major Gifts Officers will work closely with the Senior Major Gifts Officer and CEO to cultivate, solicit, and steward high-capacity donors and prospects. They will develop personalized strategies to secure significant contributions aligned with the organization's community impact priorities. This role requires collaboration with corporate fundraisers, volunteer leaders, and senior staff to provide donors with a top-notch experience.The Leadership Giving Officer, reporting to the Senior Major Gifts Officer, is responsible for growing and engaging the organization's pipeline of annual supporters giving between $1,000 and $9,999. This includes managing a portfolio of donors and overseeing donor society programs such as Emerging Leaders, Teens United, and March Tocqueville Fellows. The focus of this role is on developing future major donors through engagement, storytelling, and strategic stewardship efforts.
