Responsibilities include taking on significant litigation matters, including trial work and managing a mix of commercial disputes, insurance defense, and environmental litigation. The role will involve taking and defending depositions, appearing in court, and participating in mediations and arbitrations, as well as running one’s own cases with support from a collaborative team and working closely with clients, carriers, and firm leadership.
Qualified candidates will have 6–10 years of litigation experience and be admitted to the bar in New York.
