This position is open to litigation and trial lawyers who have recently completed a clerkship and are ready to start in Fall 2026. The role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience working as a judicial clerk in federal court, with additional litigation experience being preferred. Successful candidates will engage in varied litigation matters such as commercial disputes, class actions, trade secrets, and health care issues. Applicants should hold a J.D. and have graduated within the top 20% of their class, preferably from a top law school. Participation in law journals or moot court is advantageous, and all candidates should have top-tier writing and analytical skills.
The client offers a competitive salary range of $225,000 to $290,000, with potential for a discretionary bonus, comprehensive benefits including healthcare, vision, dental, retirement plans, and all-purpose leave.
