Shape advanced AI-driven workflows and lead innovation in legal technology within a leading law firm environment. In this role, you will help advance transformative solutions across key practice areas by developing and implementing innovative approaches that enhance the delivery of legal services in the Asset Management department.
You will collaborate closely with attorneys and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption. Responsibilities also include providing guidance on best practices and strategies to improve operational efficiency, researching and evaluating emerging legal technologies relevant to asset management and professional services, and supporting the development of knowledge management resources to improve access to information and streamline workflows.
You will monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to help ensure compliance and competitiveness, while also working with cross-functional teams to drive broader innovation initiatives. A successful candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership in good standing, strong knowledge of asset management practices and relevant legal frameworks, experience with legal technology and process improvement methodologies, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a proactive, innovative mindset focused on client-centered solutions.
