The ideal candidate will have over a decade of post-qualification experience in the energy, infrastructure, or construction sectors, with a strong track record in drafting and negotiating complex agreements, advising on corporate finance, and managing governance responsibilities. The successful applicant for this Legal Director role will play a crucial part in supporting the client's commercial growth, operational integrity, and strategic initiatives in the renewable energy sector.
