Key requirements for the role include expert-level knowledge of Vizrt Mosart, including show design and templates, and extensive experience directing high-pressure automated live broadcasts. Additionally, strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities, along with a deep technical understanding of broadcast automation systems, are essential. The candidate should have a proven ability to improve workflows and operational processes, as well as excellent communication and decision-making skills.
