the client is seeking a Lead Advertising & Creative Services Manager to lead the planning and delivery of customer-focused advertising and creative campaigns. The role supports customer retention goals by developing creative that targets existing customers to strengthen loyalty, reduce churn, and drive revenue. You will provide strategic creative direction and ensure campaigns are delivered in alignment with brand and business objectives.
you will serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external agency partners on assigned projects, building strong cross-functional relationships to connect creative outputs with performance metrics. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end campaign delivery, reviewing project briefs to define creative requirements, briefing and guiding agencies, overseeing timelines and deadlines, and reviewing and approving creative assets and messaging. You will present campaign concepts and progress to senior stakeholders, consolidate feedback for agencies, maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle, and ensure final delivery meets agreed specifications and budget.
the successful candidate will bring at least three years of experience in advertising, creative services, or marketing project management, including proven ability to manage external creative agencies from concept through final delivery. You should be able to present creative work and campaign strategy to senior stakeholders, multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a background in retention marketing with a focus on customer loyalty, churn reduction, and revenue growth. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related discipline is preferred, along with strong project management and organizational skills, clear communication and presentation abilities, attention to detail, and collaborative problem-solving; proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project and design collaboration tools may be expected.
