Joining a team of lawyers and association secretaries, the successful candidate will provide advice and support to members facing workplace-related issues. Responsibilities include independently managing complex cases within the framework of personnel legislation, offering legal guidance to association secretaries, and representing member interests before employers and authorities.
The ideal candidate will hold a university degree in law, possess at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, and have knowledge of public personnel law, labor law, or social insurance law. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation experience, and fluency in French and German are required.
