The Kids Director at Victory City Church is responsible for overseeing the spiritual growth of over 200 children from infancy to fifth grade. This role goes beyond managing programs, requiring a deep love for the community and a focus on building relationships with both children and parents. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, team-oriented, and dedicated to nurturing a strong volunteer culture to facilitate small-group connections and engaging large-group teachings.The Kids Director will provide vision, leadership, and systems to ensure that every child and family is discipled in a Spirit-led, Bible-centered environment.
