The manager at our client will be in charge of overseeing the development and maintenance of the company's IT business, ensuring that the IT strategy aligns with the overall business objectives. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of around 13 IT specialists, as well as collaborating with colleagues and businesses in various locations in Sweden and Norway. The position reports to the Head of Business Development, IT & Sustainability, and is based at the head office in central Sundbyberg.Responsibilities include driving innovation and digitalization within the IT department, as well as managing budgets and resources effectively. The manager will also be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring that IT solutions meet the needs of the business. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
