The client is seeking an Investor Relations (IR) Director to drive significant impact by shaping and executing the IR strategy. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive investor relations plans to enhance market perception and engagement, and will partner with senior management to ensure communications align with company objectives.
You will serve as a primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders, and will prepare and present financial and strategic updates to the investment community. Responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment to provide insights to leadership, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing the timely dissemination of financial information.
The role will involve managing investor events, roadshows, and earnings calls, as well as developing and maintaining investor materials such as presentations, press releases, and annual reports. The ideal candidate will have a degree or higher in a relevant field, strong analytical and financial modeling skills, proven experience in investor relations or financial communications in a manufacturing background, and a strong command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; advanced professional qualifications such as CFA or CPA and further postgraduate education may be a plus.
