The role is an Investment Director - Europe, supporting the growth of a flagship real asset investment platform.
As Investment Director - Europe, you will lead end-to-end acquisition, analysis, and management of new opportunities across the region. Responsibilities include sourcing and assessing real-asset investment opportunities; building business cases using financial modeling and supporting analytical tools; coordinating due diligence with internal and external stakeholders; and supporting transaction structuring, negotiations, and documentation. You will also produce investment papers, summaries, research materials, and presentations for internal committees and investors, while contributing to market research, regulatory assessments, and thematic analysis aligned to the platform’s strategy.
You will develop and leverage a network of industry stakeholders across Europe, including institutional partners and public-sector contacts, and build strong expertise in local regulatory, fiscal, and policy considerations in target regions. The role also includes contributing to thematic strategy development and identifying adjacent opportunities, supporting investor relations activities such as presentations, research, and data-room preparation, and representing the platform at internal, investor, and industry events. The successful applicant will typically have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline and at least 8+ years of experience in investment analysis or management within real assets, private markets, or alternative investments, along with strong financial modeling and quantitative skills, proven end-to-end transaction experience, excellent communication and research capabilities, and fluency in English with additional European languages as an advantage.
