the role is responsible for building and continuously improving the company’s content IP and copyright compliance system. Key duties include handling overseas copyright enforcement and anti-piracy matters; independently drafting, reviewing, and revising bilingual (Chinese and English) legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and letters; providing day-to-day legal support and risk assessment recommendations to business teams; leading or participating in major complex legal disputes to protect the company’s lawful interests; establishing and refining end-to-end risk control and internal compliance management processes; supporting compliance assessments for major products and innovation initiatives by delivering practical legal solutions; coordinating internal resources to advance complex projects while managing legal risk; and managing compliance matters related to capital markets and regulatory requirements.
the successful applicant will typically hold a bachelor’s degree in law or above and a relevant legal qualification. The position expects strong experience in internet-related legal work, with familiarity in information network transmission regulations and content copyright compliance practices, as well as experience in designing platform copyright compliance systems and end-to-end risk controls.
