The client is seeking an Interim Director of Nursing for their Long Term Care Facility in Minnesota. The Interim Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing 24-hour nursing operations, managing a team of approximately 22+ FTEs, and working to stabilize staffing, scheduling, team culture, and accountability within the department. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader who can analyze current processes, make improvements to safety, quality, and patient care policies, and develop positive working relationships within the department.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and an active MN RN license to be considered for the position. The compensation range for this role is $165,000 to $175,000 annually, with the final rate determined based on experience, education, training, location, and budget considerations.
