The ideal candidate will have executive leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, automotive, heavy equipment, or related industries, along with demonstrated success leading operational organizations through significant business change or transition. Strong financial and operational leadership is expected, including the ability to build trust across all organizational levels. Experience partnering with executive leadership, governing bodies, investors, lenders, or ownership groups is also required, along with excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic decision-making capabilities.
