The client is seeking an Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney Recruiting Partner in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a non-remote position with a salary range of $190,000 to $230,000. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance coverage litigation and be able to work closely with clients to provide legal advice and representation.
Responsibilities for this role include managing a caseload of insurance coverage litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. The Recruiting Partner will also be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, as well as mentoring and training junior attorneys. The client is looking for a candidate with strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctorate degree and be licensed to practice law in New Mexico. Experience in insurance coverage litigation is required, as well as a strong understanding of insurance law and regulations.
