Our client ANZCA is seeking a talented leader to drive the strategic priorities of the Chapter of Perioperative Medicine, a specialized sub-group within the college. The General Manager will be responsible for guiding the Chapter's growth, operations, and profile in relevant health settings, working closely with the CEO to bring cohesion and momentum to this new platform. This role will focus on building the operating model, strengthening partnerships, driving innovation, and ensuring measurable value for members, health organizations, government, and the broader system.The Inaugural General Manager will lead people, projects, partnerships, and strategy for the Chapter of Perioperative Medicine, rather than clinical programs or patient care. This position offers the opportunity to shape and drive one of ANZCA's most significant strategic priorities, with the goal of enhancing the impact and reach of the Chapter within the medical community. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and growing this specialized sub-group, contributing to the overall mission and vision of ANZCA in the field of perioperative medicine.
