The counsel will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing guidance on related matters.
Candidates must be based in Massachusetts and able to work in the office 3-4 days a week. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or electrical engineering, a Juris Doctor degree, admission to the Massachusetts bar, and registration as a Patent Attorney with the USPTO. The candidate should possess over five years of relevant IP experience, and have strong knowledge of intellectual property law, especially in patent prosecution, patents, copyrights, and trademarks. Other essential skills include excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
