the client is seeking an IFS Program Director to lead a greenfield IFS implementation within the manufacturing sector for a medical device business. The role will oversee a carve-out and stand-up effort at a global level, supporting a long-term engagement that progresses through MVP and MVP+ phases to deliver a structured, three-phase rollout.
Key responsibilities include directing large-scale ERP program delivery with budget oversight, managing end-to-end implementation planning and execution, and ensuring the program is successfully stood up for production use in the medical manufacturing environment. The role is expected to lead the program across phases, coordinating stakeholders to deliver milestones from initial MVP through subsequent MVP+ and final rollout.
Candidates should have demonstrable experience overseeing major ERP implementations with budget responsibility, along with experience working in medical manufacturing. At least two demonstrable IFS implementations are required, and experience in a PE-backed business or a carve-out environment is preferred. The client is looking for a proven program leader who can manage complex implementation workstreams in a highly global, medical-device manufacturing context.
