The client is seeking an IFS Program Director to lead a greenfield IFS implementation for a global medical device manufacturing environment. This long-term role will support a phased rollout, progressing through MVP and MVP+ milestones as the implementation moves toward full deployment.
You will oversee the carve-out and stand-up of the program, providing leadership for a major ERP transformation in the manufacturing sector. Responsibilities typically include end-to-end program direction, driving delivery across multiple phases, and managing budget oversight for the implementation.
Required qualifications include demonstrable experience overseeing large-scale ERP implementations with budget oversight, experience in medical manufacturing, and at least two demonstrable IFS implementations. Experience working within a PE-backed business or a carve-out environment is preferred, and the role is expected to be well-suited to candidates who can manage complex enterprise change in global operations.
