As ICU Director, you will oversee ICU leadership and operations, ensuring effective coordination of patient care delivery and continuous improvement. Required qualifications include a BSN and at least five years of leadership experience. An MSN is preferred, along with demonstrated communication strengths and the ability to manage complex operational and clinical challenges in a fast-paced intensive care setting.
