Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the HRIS system, leading full-cycle recruitment, and supporting a sales-focused culture within the company. They will also ensure employees reflect the company's values through communication, appearance, and conduct, as well as facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires. Additionally, the HR Manager will serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, address employee relations matters, administer benefits programs, and drive performance management processes.In addition to ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, the HR Manager will identify training needs, coordinate development programs, advise leadership on HR best practices and legal requirements, and organize team-building activities to foster a positive culture. They will also support general HR administration as needed, including addressing employee concerns and conflict resolution. The HR Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through their HR functions and will work closely with the senior leadership team to achieve company goals.
