Description

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Operations role is a crucial position designed to support and enhance the effectiveness of key operational areas such as IT, Quality, Program Management, and Global Services. The HRBP plays a vital role in ensuring these areas are structured and equipped to serve the broader business efficiently, with a global viewpoint while addressing local needs. Collaboration with leadership in various regions, particularly manufacturing sites, is essential to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent information flow across locations. This position requires a candidate with a solid HR generalist background and experience in the aesthetics or medical beauty industry, with proficiency in Hebrew and French.

Key responsibilities include partnering with operational leaders to outline and implement a global strategy that aligns with the client's goals, offering senior-level guidance on harmonizing global and local processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The HRBP will support IT, Quality, Program Management, and Global Services to enhance their impact on business success through SOP development and cross-functional collaboration. This role also involves advising on organizational design improvements and conducting workforce planning to meet both local and global needs. Driving employee engagement and operational excellence are top priorities, alongside managing full-cycle HR activities and promoting global HR initiatives.

The HRBP must possess strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, enabling them to collaborate with senior leaders and influence strategic decisions. Change management is another critical component of the role, with responsibilities including leading initiatives that support structural changes within operations and facilitating the integration of local and global practices. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and promoting a positive organizational culture are also key aspects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, HR certification, and proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to execute and drive operational improvements in a global context.
