Lead a newly created HR Technology and AI transformation role, reporting to the Global Head of HR Technology and working closely with senior HR leadership. This position is responsible for defining and delivering a multi-year HR technology and AI strategy that reshapes how HR services are designed, delivered, and experienced. The role combines strategic leadership, practical AI implementation, HR technology expertise, and large-scale transformation, with success measured by a tech-first HR culture, automation and efficiency gains, improved employee and manager experiences, and a future-ready HR ecosystem aligned to business strategy.
Key responsibilities include setting the global vision for HR technology and AI, creating and executing a multi-year HRIS and AI innovation roadmap, and reimagining HR processes across the employee lifecycle using automation, AI, and self-service technologies. You will drive AI adoption across HR functions through innovation and change programmes, lead HR technology architecture, systems integration, and data strategy, and partner with HR, IT, Finance, data privacy, and business leadership to design scalable solutions. The role also includes leading vendor selection and evaluation activities, such as RFPs and implementation programmes, and embedding organizational change, communications, and training strategies to maximize technology adoption.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or digital HR transformation, along with proven leadership delivering enterprise-wide HR technology strategies and implementations. You should have deep expertise in HR systems architecture, integrations, and data ecosystems, and hands-on experience applying AI and emerging technologies to solve business problems. Experience redesigning end-to-end HR processes for measurable efficiency gains, strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior executives, and experience leading international teams and large-scale transformation programmes are expected, with professional services, legal, consulting, or similarly complex matrix environments considered advantageous.
