The client, an international mid-sized manufacturing company experiencing clear growth, is seeking an HR Manager to serve as a trusted sparring partner to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational HR management throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, personal development, employment law, and offboarding. They will provide guidance and support to the executive team in HR matters, harmonize and enhance HR tools and processes across Europe, and oversee change and transformation projects such as growth, digitalization, and cultural change. Additionally, the HR Manager will play a key role in building a healthy, high-performing company culture and will collaborate closely with local HR managers in various European countries.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in HR management, preferably in a production/industrial environment or international mid-sized company. They should possess strong knowledge of German labor law, with a European perspective, and be fluent in both German and English. The HR Manager will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and other decision-makers, contribute to shaping the company's HR strategy, tackle international HR challenges, and lead a small HR team with growth potential.
In return, the client offers direct access to senior leadership, a supportive and inclusive culture where HR is valued and empowered, international HR opportunities with room for innovation, the chance to reshape the company's HR function as it grows, and the satisfaction of contributing to a strong product, a cohesive team, and a clear vision for the future.
