Lead end-to-end HR functions, reporting to senior executive leadership including the CEO and the regional group HR. The role is responsible for culture building and organizational scaling by designing and implementing initiatives that foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture. It also includes leading cultural transformation programs to support rapid growth and developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
Drive organizational development and change management through organizational design, leadership development, and succession planning, as well as leading change management initiatives to enable business transformation. Oversee HR strategies that align with organizational objectives, and partner with senior leadership to ensure talent strategy supports commercial success. Collaborate across commercial and operational leaders to align HR initiatives with business performance, and provide insights on workforce planning, productivity, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualify with demonstrated leadership experience managing an HR team, ideally within a multinational environment, including experience in senior HR leadership. A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is expected, along with progressively responsible leadership experience at a senior level. Strong communication skills in both Bahasa and English, proven ability to scale organizations and lead cultural transformation, and expertise in organizational design, change management, and leadership development are required, with additional strengths including business acumen, executive stakeholder management and influencing, and the ability to manage HR systems and tools.
