Synlait is looking for a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner to support their Synlait Safe programme and help reduce injury severity rates. Reporting to the Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing, this role involves promoting a proactive safety culture, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the well-being of all employees. The successful candidate will be hands-on, building positive relationships through coaching, influencing, and partnering with leaders and teams.The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner will play a key role in embedding safety practices within the organization and ensuring that all employees go home safe and well every day. With a focus on collaboration and communication, this position requires a passion for promoting a safe work environment and a commitment to driving positive change. The ideal candidate will have experience in health and safety management, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
