The Headmaster and Director will collaborate closely with the School and College Board of Trustees to provide strategic and operational leadership, focusing on academic excellence, pastoral care, sports, and co-curricular activities while upholding the school's Anglican special character. The role includes overseeing Ministry of Education-funded day school operations as well as boarding operations and related activities, with a key emphasis on roll growth, advancement, and campus development.The successful candidate will work in partnership with other school leaders to advance the Schools' philosophy of one campus, two schools, while providing visible and strategic leadership in alignment with the Five Pillars framework of Academic Excellence, Sporting Achievement, Cultural Enrichment, Christian Fellowship, and Lifelong Friendships.
