The client will launch the first NCAA Division I women’s gymnastics program in the state of Texas, with competition tentatively scheduled to begin in spring 2028. The Head Women’s Gymnastics Coach will build the program from the ground up, including shaping program culture, assembling the staff, and establishing a nationally competitive presence within the conference. The role will support student-athletes in pursuing conference and national championships while training in their home state and contributing to an in-state development pipeline of gymnastics clubs and youth participants.
The Head Women’s Gymnastics Coach is expected to recruit, inspire, and lead to advance academic success, integrity, and competitiveness, including efforts that support graduation-rate goals and comprehensive preparation for student-athletes’ lives in a diverse, global society.
