The Senior Director, Practice Group Management will report to the Quebec Regional Director and be responsible for overseeing the performance, development, and cohesion of practice groups, paralegal services, and the Intellectual Property Agency. This strategic role aims to enhance operational excellence, collaboration, innovation, and the impact of teams supporting legal services. The incumbent will work closely with the Regional Director, Managing Partner, practice leaders, and professional teams to align priorities, support leaders, evolve ways of working, and implement structuring initiatives.This leadership position involves more than just administrative management; it requires a focus on transformation, influence, and enhancing practice performance. The successful candidate will lead teams in Montreal and Quebec City to facilitate effective collaboration, increase efficiency, and support sustainable growth. Additionally, they will contribute to evolving management practices, processes, tools, and technologies to create a more agile, high-performing organization that meets the needs of clients, lawyers, and the firm.
