The client is seeking an engaged and strong leader to take on the professional, personnel, and organizational responsibility for youth work in Wetzikon as Head of Youth Work (80%). The responsibilities include leading a six-person team, ensuring stable operation of youth programs, planning and coordinating youth programs, overseeing quality assurance, and maintaining collaboration with partners.
The ideal candidate will have completed education in Social Work, several years of experience in open and outreach-based youth work, leadership experience, a resource-oriented mindset, decision-making ability, organizational skills, and experience in project management. Additional qualifications include a PA (practice trainer) qualification, experience supervising trainees or interns, ability to engage with young people, and willingness to work irregular hours.
