the client is seeking a lead to build, manage, and scale an offshore VIP and high-net-worth (HNW) client team focused on servicing clients across global markets. The role will support premium, tailored client experiences, including onboarding, trading support, wealth advisory, and ongoing post-trade engagement, while ensuring service quality for VIP and HNW segments spanning both digital and traditional investment offerings.
Key responsibilities include designing and executing VIP client acquisition and retention strategies to attract, onboard, and retain institutional VIPs and HNW individuals across crypto and traditional investment segments. You will promote and structure cross-asset investment solutions across cryptocurrencies, real world assets (RWA), equities, fixed income, and structured products, and leverage existing and new relationships with VIP/HNW clients, family offices, asset managers, and private banks to drive asset growth. You will also collaborate with internal product and trading teams to help develop bespoke trading, lending, staking, and RWA tokenization-related offerings tailored to VIP clients.
The successful applicant will bring extensive experience managing and growing relationships with VIP and HNW clients, with proven leadership capabilities in leading offshore teams and coordinating cross-functional efforts in a global environment. Strong knowledge across Web3 and crypto, including RWA, as well as traditional finance topics such as equities, fixed income, and structured products, is expected, alongside an established network across affluent individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. You will be responsible for monitoring market trends to identify opportunities and ensuring compliance and risk management by adhering to regulatory requirements and maintaining appropriate KYC/AML processes across jurisdictions.
