The client is seeking a Head of Victim Protection - Human Trafficking to lead the department responsible for counseling services and safe shelters. This role involves organizational, professional, personnel, and financial leadership, as well as collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Social Work or a related field, leadership experience, and knowledge of victim assistance law.
\nThe successful candidate will join the executive management team and contribute to the operational leadership of the organization. This position offers an annual salary between CHF 110,000 and CHF 121,000, along with above-average social benefits.
