As the Head of Veterinary Services Nordic & Baltics, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our client's veterinary operations in the Nordic and Baltic regions. This role involves developing long-term strategies, driving business development, and ensuring the business meets growth, profitability, and quality goals. You will work on integrating veterinary clinics closer to the core business, creating a comprehensive offering for pet owners, and harmonizing and developing processes across multiple markets. Expansion is a key focus area, with the goal of growing the business from approximately 30 clinics to 50 within a few years, particularly in Finland, Norway, and Sweden.You will lead a team of country managers within the Veterinary business area, drive expansion through acquisitions and new establishments, and ensure effective collaborations between business areas. The role also involves close collaboration with management and reporting to the Country Head Nordics and Baltics. The location for this position is at our client's office in Frsundavik.
