The position manages social media in coordination with an external agency based in New York and aligns with broader marketing support coming from the European global headquarters. Key challenges to address include CRM and client management, digital advertising, and visual merchandising. The role also emphasizes maintaining strong relationships with partner brand senior management and marketing teams, while serving as a strategic partner to the US leadership team by providing insight and shaping marketing strategies across a broad portfolio of stores.
