As the Head of Unit for Member Support at our client, you will be leading a dedicated team that interacts with members on a daily basis and oversees the development and management of the membership system. This role involves a combination of operational leadership and strategic planning to create a modern, efficient, and data-driven platform for member engagement. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Member Dialogue, you will also have personnel responsibility for 67 employees located in various locations, primarily in Karlstad.The ideal candidate for this position will be a committed Unit Manager who is passionate about contributing to the development of our client's membership journey.
