The Head of Treasury will report directly to the EVP & CFO and will be responsible for overseeing all treasury and financing activities for our client. This includes managing banking relationships, negotiating credit agreements, and ensuring compliance with financial covenants. The role also involves cash flow forecasting, acquisition financing, and day-to-day cash flow monitoring to optimize cash flow and handle corporate banking transactions. Additionally, the Head of Treasury will work closely with shareholders on individual investments and provide strategic financial leadership to support the company's growth strategy.As a trusted advisor to the CFO and ownership group, the Head of Treasury will play a critical role in managing treasury operations across a complex multi-entity structure. The position requires a combination of strategic financial leadership and hands-on management to ensure the company has the liquidity and capital structure needed to support its growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in treasury management, banking relationships, credit agreements, and cash flow forecasting, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
