The client is seeking a Head of Transformation to lead execution of the company’s growth transformation plan at a private equity-backed chemicals manufacturer. The role will focus on driving the organization’s transformation efforts and supporting initiatives designed to accelerate growth.
The ideal candidate will bring three or more years of post-MBA consulting experience, along with time in an operating role either before or after consulting. The candidate should have meaningful exposure to commercial transformation and other growth initiatives, and a well-rounded toolkit developed through a range of strategic and operational engagements.
Experience in chemicals, process industries, or broader industrials is required. The client expects this leader to translate transformation strategy into effective execution, aligning cross-functional efforts to deliver on growth objectives.
