The Head of Trading/Merchandising role in the North West offers an excellent salary and benefits package with a successful specialist retailer. The ideal candidate will have a track record in senior trading/merchandising roles within non-food retail, with experience in developing and implementing strategic plans and leading teams to achieve goals. Strong financial management skills are required, including owning and delivering sales and margin budgets as well as managing the P&L. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to ensure a relevant product strategy is delivered to maintain a commercial point of difference.
